My WISDOM is GONE!

OK everyone so I got my wisdom teeth out today! Crazy stuff, i'm hoping maybe i'll lose a few pounds because I can't eat like usual hahahaha.......... no seriously :) It was all a very sudden idea, my mom just called me up while I was at work on Wednesday and was like, hey let's get your wisdom teeth out this Friday! (She works at AZ Maxilofacial Surgeons) So I said, okidoki let's do it! I had the IV and was knocked completely out, and i loved it! I must say though, I first had the N2O and I officially hate N2O. I give N2O to kids for my job too and now I feel bad for them! Oh well, I survived! The girls and Dr. Boise were all very nice and did a great job so if you ever need an oral surgeon I highly recommend them!

How's My Boy Doing?

So I got these pictures from Conrad on Monday, sorry it took so long for me to post them but you're gonna love them!! Well at least I do :) Conrad is doing an AMAZING job and is LOVING every bit of it! I am so proud of that boy! Conrad's been gone for 6, now almost 7 months and I can't believe how fast the time is going. He is such an amazing Best Friend and I am SO grateful to have in my life, I Love You babe! :)

The pics are of his new pench he is living in (the bright colored blanket on his bed is the one I made for him before he left :), sights of the city, other families they have baptized, and his 6 month tie burning. Isn't it all so exciting?!?!

Busy Life, Can't Complain! :)

Ok WOW, so has life been busy or what?! Sorry everyone for not posting until now but this past weekend and then this whole week has just been super busy! Well to start off this post I had to work out in the Queen Creek office on Thursday and Friday we are busy busy out there, haha but by looking those pictures you wouldn't think so! We had a quick minute of down time so we took some silly pics :) These are just a couple of the girls I work with, deffinately not all of them, there's about 6 or 7 of us. It can be fun working in QC though because we get to look forward to lunch time, "Where we eating today?!", it's always an adventure, alot like a road trip so we have to bring good music for the ride :) Oh and when I say Queen Creek I mean out at Copper Basin, so 15 miles from Coolidge, yeah.....FAR

Friday night I went with Nikki and Doug to a reception for a friend of ours, Mark, I can't believe this guy is married already! Just 6 months ago he was single and hanging out with us! But I'm so happy for him and his Bride! Here's a pic of him goin' for the garter....hahaha :) That was a funny sight, the Bride seemed to be surprised that he was grabbing it with his teeth, don't ask me why! Nikki and Doug are doing great! They love their new condo and are just as happy as can be :) I love them so much and appreciate the great friendships they give me, muah! I love you guys!

Saturday afternoon I took my brother and sister along with one of Megan's friends to the ZOO! It was tons of fun :) I haven't been there since Conrad and I went there two years ago for a MORP day activity, haha talk about fun memories :) So we saw lots of fun stuff and got some good exercise for our legs. It was just nice to get away from school and actually do something different :)

Saturday night Jaimee and I went and took some pics for our boys on missions at Freestone park, so that was fun to do. Afterwards we headed over to Oregano's for some dinner and of course.....PAZOOKIES! Oh my gosh those things are so amazing! Jaimee had never had one before so I INSISTED that we go and get one :) It was Yummy in our TUMMIES! Jaimee is such an awesome person and I'm so glad I have her and her family in my life. I know I say it a lot but it's so true! If I didn't it sure would be a lot harder having Conrad gone, they are just like my other family (well they pretty much are!) and they do so much for me, I don't know what I'd do without them, thanks a bunch you guys I LOVE YOU!!

Fun Times!

Here's me and my beautiful mom!!! I love my mom so much, she is one of my best friends and I can always talk to her about anything. She always has such comforting things to say and we always have so much fun together! I love that I can be such a dork with my mom :) Saturday my mom took me with her to get Pedicures!! I haven't had one in so long! It was nice to spend the afternoon together, goofing off and talking about life :) Here's our pretty pretty feet! :)

Ok so you all wanted to see the flowers Conrad "got" me, lol. Conrad felt bad about not being able to do anything for me for valentines day, so he sent me some money to go buy some gorgeous flowers, lol, he makes me laugh. I love that he is so thoughtful, even if it is kinda weird to buy myself flowers. Well I know it's well past Vday, but I was at the store and saw these beauties and just had to get them!! It's so funny, I was giggly the whole time I was carrying them in the store with me, my mom was getting embarassed because I was being such a dork lol. Aren't they gorgeous?! I love the color!!!

Satuday was busy! My cousin, Drew, invited me to come watch him and his fiance, Nikki, take their engagement photos, it was so much fun! I got to help pose and fix hairs that were out of place haha, needless to say, i enjoyed it! :) That night Jaimee and I went to the mall and goofed off and then went to the dollar theatre to see PS. I Love You, I thought it was a very cute movie, brings back good memories :) Jaimee and I were a little sugar high from getting a few treats at Target before the movie, so I think you can imagine what that might've been like, we were cRAzY! I'm so happy to have Jaimee in my life, Conrad's family has been such a blessing to me, they make the time go so much faster, that's for sure!

Can You Believe It?!?!

Today is 6 MONTHS!!! I can't believe we are at this mark already, it came so FAST!! All I seem to be able to say is WOW :) Alot has happened in the past 6 months. Conrad has had 4 different companions, loving all of them, and has baptized one girl himself. They have had about 2 or 3 other baptisms they helped convert also. Conrad LOVES his mission. He has grown so much in just the past 6 months and i'm excited to see him grow even more. The past 6 months have been hard, but I deffinately know that I can get through the remaining 18months, that's not very long! :) yay, now I can say he only has a year and a half left, geez i'm so happy!!

Ok everyone so look past my ugly, fat feet and look at my crazy, wild flats! Don't you love them?! I know someday my kids will see these and just about gag and want to disown me but hey, right now these babies are the bomb! :)

A Family Night Out

This past weekend was crazy! I ended up having to work in the Queen Creek office (way out at Copper Basin) on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. So I really feel like I didn't have too much of a weekend. I really enjoy spending time with my family when I can and with me going to work and school both full time, it makes it hard to spend time with my family. Alot of the times it feels like I just sleep at my house! So Friday and Saturday night I decided to spend time with the family and I loved it! My love and appreciation for my family has grown so much throughout the years. They all do so much for me and even though there are plenty of times when I get irritated with my wonderful siblings, i'm so glad that I know I can always count on them to cheer me up and always be there for me. So Saturday night I suggested that the family all go out to dinner since we hadn't done that for a while. We went to Logan's Roadhouse (it was ok food) and over to Gelato Freeze! YUM! If any of you haven't been to Gelato Freeze before, I HIGHLY recommend it! Much better than icecream :) So there's my wonderful weekend in a nut shell, thanks for reading! :)
